Stained Glass Workshop - $60
Would you like to try stained glass before you make the investment in tools and supplies, THIS is the class for
you.In this 2 hour class we will teach you how to cut glass, foil your pieces, solder and fit your glass pieces
together. At the end of the night you will leave with a finished piece like the one shown here. We provide the
glass tools and fun. Bring a friend or neighbor and come have some fun with us.
Beginning Stained Glass - $75
Learn the techniques for creating stained glass art using the copper foil method. We provide step-by-step
instruction in pattern preparation, glass selection, glass cutting, the copper foiling process, soldering and
finishing your piece. You will leave class with your finished piece. Class meets one time a week for 3 weeks.
Students will choose a pattern from 15 patterns (provided). Class fee does not include tools or supplies.
Students can choose from one of two options: Option 1: Rent a tool kit for $45 and purchase your solder,
glass and perimeter zinc; Option 2: Purchase your own tools, solder, glass and perimeter zinc and receive a
15% discount on your purchase.
Beginner Stained Glass Kit - $259.00
Everything you need to do stained glass at home and all the tools you need for the beginner stained glass
class. We take all the work out it for you! Kit includes: Pencil Grip Cutter, Oil, Flux, Running and Grozier Pliers,
Soldering Iron and Holder, Sharpie, Safety Glasses, foil, solder and a Vinery Beginning Patterns Book 11.
Beginning Lead Class - $75
Learn the techniques for creating stained glass art using the lead method. We provide step-by-step instruction
in patter preparation, glass selection, cutting glass and stretching the lead. Soldering with 50/50 solder and
cementing your piece. You will leave class with your finished piece. Class meets one time a week for 3 weeks.
Students will choose a pattern from 15 patterns (provided). Class fee does not include tools or supplies.
Students can choose from one of two option: Option 1: Rent a tool kit for $45 and purchase your solder, glass
and perimeter zinc; Option 2: Purchase your own tools, solder, glass and perimeter zinc and receive a 15%
discount on your purchase.
Next Step Class - $95
Are you ready to build on the skills you learned in Beginning Stained Glass? In this class you will complete a
more challenging pattern (15-25 pieces) that will give you a chance to practice cutting curves and adding more
detail to your design. There are a wide variety of patterns to choose from. Select your pattern and purchase
your glass and tools before class. Beginner stained glass required. Meets 3 hours per week for 2 weeks.
Advanced Stained Glass/Intermediate - $90
The Advanced class is designed to advance your skills after you have made several stained glass foil pieces.
You will choose your pattern and glass before class. We will teach you more advanced skills such as how to
make a “jig”, cutting zinc, where to use re-strip, ring saw demo, and advanced soldering techniques. Class also
includes techniques taught in the Advanced Cutting and Morton Portable Glass Shop classes. It’s like getting 3
classes in one! Bring your tools. Supplies not included. Homework is required for this class. Your project will
be completed at home. Beginner Stained Glass Class Required. Meets 3 hours per week for 2 weeks.
Morton Portable Glass Shop - $50
Learn to use the Morton Portable Glass shop to cut precise repetitive geometric shapes. This class shows you
how to easily and quickly make accurate cuts with very little waste. Students will set up their own Portable Glass
Shop while learning to cut basic strips, squares and rectangles and then advance to triangles, diamonds and
other shapes. Complete a quilt pattern in record time with pieces that fit together with no grinding. Take your
project home to foil and solder or fuse. Bring your Morton Portable Glass Shop, Mini-Surface, cutter and
running pliers. Tools may be purchased on the day of class. Students must have basic glass cutting
experience. One 2 hour session.
Advanced Glass Cutting - $40 Great for Fusers !!!
Learn to cut glass like a pro. Layout techniques to minimize glass use are discussed, as well as tips to make
difficult cuts easier. Learn to quickly cut circles and strips. Hands-on demonstrations of the Taurus and
Gryphon Ring Saws and the Morton Portable Glass Shop. Bring your cutter and running and breaking pliers.
Glass will be provided. One 2 Hour session
Panel Lamp Class - $75 NEW
Let us show you how to make a panel lamp! Panel lamps are fun, very appealing and make great gifts for the
graduate, Mothers day gift or just for you. Beginner Stained Glass class is a prerequisite. You will have
homework in this class. We will provide the pattern, instruction and workshop. Students will be required to
purchase glass, supplies to include lamp base, finial and harp. Come have some fun and lets light up your
world! Class meets for 3 weeks for 2 hours each night.
Garden Class Workshop - $40 each or $250 for all 7
Use your Beginning Stained Glass skills and fusing skills to join in the weekly fun of making garden art! Each
week we will make a different project for seven weeks with two weeks for catch up built in. Sign up for one or all
seven to receive a discount! We will provide the instruction. Bring your own tools to include morton layout
systems and homosote board. Each class is two hours long and you might have some homework. Due to the
short duration of classes, we would ask that all supplies including glass be selected before class day. $40 each
class or all seven for $250 (save $40!). Some glass will be cut at home prior to class to save class time for
assembly. Projects are: Fused Birdhouse, Fused Garden Stake, Mosaic Stepping Stone, SG Bird Panel and
Fused Windchimes Seven projects for $250.00 .Prerequisite: BSGC and F of F.
Micro-Mosaic Pendant Class - $25 for two pendants
No cutting skills required. We will have several pendants on hand to show you the finished product. You will be
provided with all the tools and supplies you need. These pendants will be ready for you to take home after the
class. Fun and easy and great for grandparents/kids and those just wanting something to do!
